Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Debra holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She lived in Spain for several years, where she taught English and gained firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of learning another language.
After moving to Texas in 2000, Debra continued her career in public education as an English as a Second Language specialist.
